The HGG Reset Challenge

So many of you loved doing the HGG Reset this past New Year and so did we. So much that we’re bringing it back this Spring! Because…did you know, that most of the recipes in the HGG Reset are evergreen and can be made year round? Yasssss. Also, sometimes life gets crazy and we end up indulging a little bit more than we wished (re: Spring Break and too much late night pizza), but no fear! That’s what balance is all about. The HGG Reset Challenge is all about fueling our bodies with whole foods and getting down and dirty in the kitchen.

We’ll be starting our 4-week HGG Reset Challenge as a group on Monday, April 30th. As always we’ll be using our HGG Community Support Group on Facebook to keep each other accountable, share our kitchen creations, and ask questions! We’ll be active daily in the group because we’re participating in the HGG Reset Challenge as well! The recipes from the Reset are some of our most favorite recipes we’ve ever developed and we can’t wait to get back on track and dig in.
