HGG Reset Essentials

If you love cooking Healthy Glow Co. recipes, you’ll notice a few differences in the ingredients and preparation techniques used in our new meal program, HGG Reset. We worked closely with our in-house Registered Dietitian to create a program packed full of the most nourishing recipes possible. This includes things like complex whole food carbohydrates (quinoa, lentils, etc), full fat dairy, higher heat tolerant cooking oils and antioxidant-rich spices (cinnamon, turmeric, cloves, etc.). You should be able to find a majority of these ingredients at your local supermarket, but to get you started, we put together a list of Pantry Staples and Kitchen Tools we recommend having on hand during the 4 week program. These items aren’t required, but they will help make your HGG Reset experience the best it can be!
