Fall is in the air, do you feel it? Cozy sweaters, wool socks, plaid scarves, and pumpkin spice lattes are everywhere. I feel like one minute I was sitting by the pool and the next minute I needed to an extra layer before heading outside. Though I love summer, I am obsessed with fall and all of the delicious food we get to cook up over the next few months!

I crave warm spices like cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin spice. I love getting out my slow cooker to make delicious chilis, soups, and healthy casseroles for the week! You will always find sweet potato and pumpkin purees in my pantry so that I can make delicious healthy muffins, whole grain pancakes, and waffles, and last minute cookies.
