It’s Time to Talk About It

by Katie Proctor

It’s time to talk about it.

That’s the theme of this year’s National Eating Disorders Awareness Week.

Though we’ve both talked openly about our journey for many years, we thought it would be good to take a trip back in time and show you just how far we’ve come. We get questions all the time about the tips we’d share for recovery (always seek help from a professional) and how we have finally found more freedom in our food and fitness routines.

We hope you enjoy this round-up of some of our top posts over the years!

  1. tHANK YOU FOR HONESTY AND AUTHENTICITY ABOUT THIS IMPORTANT TOPIC. I’M CURIOUS IF YOU EVER DEALT WITH NOT HAVING YOUR PERIOD AND IF YOU HAVE SHARED YOUR JOURNEY TO GET YOUR PERIOD BACK. I KNOW THAT MORE AND MORE WOMEN ARE STRUGGLING WITH AMENORRHEA, AND I THINK WOMEN WOULD BENEFIT FROM HEARING ABOUT YOUR STORIES IF THIS HAS BEEN A PART OF YOUR STORY AND IF YOU ARE WILLING TO SHARE.
    THANK YOU.
