That’s the theme of this year’s National Eating Disorders Awareness Week.
Though we’ve both talked openly about our journey for many years, we thought it would be good to take a trip back in time and show you just how far we’ve come. We get questions all the time about the tips we’d share for recovery (always seek help from a professional) and how we have finally found more freedom in our food and fitness routines.
