This new brand, mission and community has been in the works for months and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share it with you today.
Over the years, we’ve opened up and connected with so many of you through our wellness stories. It is one of our greatest joys when we receive an email, comment or other communication when someone has positively changed their lifestyle as a result.
Just as the two of us initially connected over shared experiences and a similar philosophy about what balance can look and feel like, connection, support and encouragement is at the core of the Healthy Glow Collective.
We want to offer more than what’s out there today by celebrating healthy living beyond the physical transformation.
And that’s exactly what we set out to do with our signature program, the Healthy Glow Guide.
The contents of this 6-week flexible food and fitness program are designed to help you look and feel your best by encouraging authenticity, advocating for (and actually living) balance and connecting with a like-minded community. We don’t just talk body positivity, acceptance and understanding…we live it.
To kick off the new year, we’re inviting you to go through the program with us starting January 8th, 2017.
